Donald Easson
(Archdiocese of St. Andrews and Edinburgh) Born in Tomintoul, 18th March 1864, the son of David Easson and Margaret Stewart; ordained a priest in bishop’s private chapel, Valladolid, 20th March 1887, and left for Scotland, 23rd March 1887; at Linlithgow for nine years, until appointed vice-rector of the college, April 1897; arrived in Valladolid, 18th November 1898, and died there, of diphtheria, 7th March 1899.
